Please note that for international orders, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. If there is an issue with the item, the buyer is responsible for sending it back to us. Once we receive it and confirm that it is a product defect, we will repair it free of charge and ship it back to you at no cost.

Production time & Rush Order

Since most items are the 'made to order', please note that it may take up to 3 - 10 business days for items to be ready for shipping. However, most of the orders will be shipped within a week.

If you need to receive your order by the specific date, please contact us by Etsy convo beforehand. We will rush an order to make sure it arrives on time. We may ask you to purchase the expedited shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

You can return your item within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your refund request. Then you have 7 more days to prepare the return shipping.

    Item arrived as expected and was packaged very well. The sized was perfect for helix piercing with a just a bit of room to spare. It was exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the item is worth the price.

    Superb quality. Bear in mind the earrings themselves are quite small. A perfect fit for most second lobe piercings but to wear them lower on the lobe will depend on your anatomy and where your piercing was placed.

    Too small for my ears.
