A: This necklace uses 100% Lab Grown Diamonds with D–E color and VVS–VS clarity.
Lab grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
Q: Do you provide a certificate?
A: Yes. We can provide an in house certificate upon request.
Third party certificates are costly and unnecessary for this design, so we offer a shop issued certificate if documentation is needed.
Q: Can I upgrade to 18K gold?
A: Yes. 18K Gold is available as a custom upgrade. Please contact us for pricing.
Q: What is the production time?
A: Production typically takes 7 to 10 business days, as each piece is handcrafted to order.

Please note that for international orders, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. If there is an issue with the item, the buyer is responsible for sending it back to us. Since most items are the 'made to order', please note that it may take up to 3 - 10 business days for items to be ready for shipping. However, most of the orders will be shipped within a week.

All items come with a 12-month warranty, which covers structural defects only. Accidental damage can be repaired for a fee.
