Since every country has a different import tax rate, we are not able to estimate the actual amount. Customs charges are duties and taxes regulated by the destination country for incoming items, and unfortunately, this is entirely outside of our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Please note that for international orders, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. If there is an issue with the item, the buyer is responsible for sending it back to us. Once we receive it and confirm that it is a product defect, we will repair it free of charge and ship it back to you at no cost.

Production time & Rush Order

Since most items are the 'made to order', please note that it may take up to 3 - 10 business days for items to be ready for shipping. However, most of the orders will be shipped within a week.

If you need to receive your order by the specific date, please contact us by Etsy convo beforehand. We will rush an order to make sure it arrives on time. We may ask you to purchase the expedited shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

Rush orders are not refundable.

Return, Refund, Warranty

You can return your item within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your refund request. Then you have 7 more days to prepare the return shipping.

All items come with a 12-month warranty, which covers structural defects only. Accidental damage can be repaired for a fee.

Return shipping labels are provided only for defective products.

Sizing & Adjustment

We can adjust most items to fit your sizing preferences. Most items can be made to any size and length. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us via Etsy conversation.

Even after purchasing the item, you can still ask us to adjust the size or length. Additional fees may apply.

Custom and personalized orders

Since most products are handmade and made in our workroom, you can ask us any form of personalization. You can choose from Rose Gold, Yellow Gold or White Gold. Also 10k, 14k and 18k gold are available for most of the items. Your own design is welcome too.

Custom orders are not refundable.

Most items are packed in the high-quality jewelry box.
The gift message is available. Please let us know what to write by leaving us a note at checkout.

Order Cancellation
