    Third party certificates are very expensive and unnecessary for this design, so we offer a shop issued certificate for customers who need documentation.

    Q: Is the 1.7mm band available?
    A: Yes. The 1.7mm thick band version is available for an additional fee. Please message us for upgrade pricing.

    Q: Can this ring be resized?
    A: Yes. This ring can be resized slightly. Contact us before purchasing to confirm the resize range.

    Q: What is the production time?
    A: Production typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Rush service is available upon request.

    This Marquise Lab Grown Diamond Engagement Ring blends minimalist elegance with timeless sparkle.
    The center marquise diamond, approximately 0.08 to 0.10 carats, is accented with two 1.50mm round brilliant diamonds for a refined, balanced silhouette.

    Crafted using D–E color, VVS–VS clarity lab grown diamonds, this ring offers exceptional brilliance equal to high quality natural diamonds while being a more ethical and eco friendly choice.

    You can choose between a delicate 1.00mm band or upgrade to the bold 1.70mm version for a thicker, more substantial feel.
    Available in Solid 14K Gold, with optional 18K upgrade, in White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold.

    If you need documentation, we can provide our in house certificate upon request.

For International Customers – Customs, Import Taxes, and Returns

Since every country has a different import tax rate, we are not able to estimate the actual amount. Customs charges are duties and taxes regulated by the destination country for incoming items, and unfortunately, this is entirely outside of our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Please note that for international orders, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. If there is an issue with the item, the buyer is responsible for sending it back to us. Once we receive it and confirm that it is a product defect, we will repair it free of charge and ship it back to you at no cost.

Production time & Rush Order

Since most items are the 'made to order', please note that it may take up to 3 - 10 business days for items to be ready for shipping. However, most of the orders will be shipped within a week.

If you need to receive your order by the specific date, please contact us by Etsy convo beforehand. We will rush an order to make sure it arrives on time. We may ask you to purchase the expedited shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

Rush orders are not refundable.

Return, Refund, Warranty

You can return your item within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your refund request. Then you have 7 more days to prepare the return shipping.

All items come with a 12-month warranty, which covers structural defects only. Accidental damage can be repaired for a fee.

We can adjust most items to fit your sizing preferences. Most items can be made to any size and length. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us via Etsy conversation.

Custom and personalized orders

Since most products are handmade and made in our workroom, you can ask us any form of personalization. You can choose from Rose Gold, Yellow Gold or White Gold. Also 10k, 14k and 18k gold are available for most of the items. Your own design is welcome too.

Custom orders are not refundable.

Most items are packed in the high-quality jewelry box.
